Denys Gorodnychyi<\/strong>, from Poltava, Ukraine, is currently <\/span>one of the finest Impressionists in Eastern Europe<\/b>; a landscape painter, prolific and highly sought after by collectors. The emotion that permeates his creations, the atmosphere, texture, and surgical precision of his work make it absolutely recognizable. His paintings are a true calling card for his country, whose main galleries have welcomed his pictorial exhibitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

He still resides in Poltava, considered the spiritual center of Ukraine. A city located in the lowlands of the Dnieper, on both banks of the Vorskla River. One of the most prominent figures from Poltava was Yaroshenko, one of the finest representatives of incomparable realism from the 19th century. However, Denys is more influenced by Peter Levchenko, Arkhip Kuindzhi, Isaac Levitan, Anders Zorn, or Joaqu\u00edn Sorolla.<\/span><\/p>\n
